About

Tonight, I’m feeling pretty excited about getting this blog up and running. It’s been part of my vision to be able to create and share what’s on my mind without killing my peeps softly by posting the long post on “the book”.

I am much better with words in written form because there are times anxiety gets the best of me and I either fumble over them or have mouth vomit. I began writing as a child to help soothing my anxiousness as I witnessed my mother suffer from a terminal disease. I’d write plays and poems to escape reality and live in whatever world I created.

My personality is like that saying, “Somewhere between Proverbs 31 and Tupac that’s me.” I have super soft, gentle days, and others I am like Sasha Fierce and a lot of that has to do with the sense of security around and within me. There are days I’m in full survival mode and other days I’m just chilling. I love my peeps and will do anything I can to ensure they are happy and safe, which is something I’ve had too also be for myself. If I haven’t already mentioned I am a lover of the trinity, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. I often confuse people because I am in constant prayer, but I cuss a lot! Seems like a contradiction yet proof of God’s love and sovereignty. I am definitely a WIP but I have come a long way from where he found me.

I am a published author and write under the name of Esther Grace which means Hidden Mercy. I chose that name last minute to get the book to press or have it pulled from being published. I sat at my desk and asked God what name to use and remembered that my favorite heroine in the Bible is Queen Esther. She too had to hide her identity, just as I was having to. My 1st book is titled, “A Story Within”. I’d love you to check it by visiting A Story Within: Grace, Esther: 9781503565074: Amazon.com: Books.

I am grateful to have you with me on this journey!
